By just using some paper and various types of card, I was able to create 3D models of a door and window.
PRINT OUT FRAME LAYERS:
Layer 4 glue onto Mount-board and cut out of.
Layer 5+6 glue onto thin Card-board and cut out of
PRINT OUT DOOR LAYERS:
Layer 1 glue onto Mount-board and cut out of.
Layer 2+3 glue onto thin Card-board and cut out of
STICKING TOGETHER:
For both door and layers, I stuck them all together to their respective groups. Rule of thumb for the frame was, stick the smallest layer to the one which was a size bigger than itself. Stick 6 to 5, 5 to 4.
For the door, I stuck 3 to 2, 2 to layer 1.

After they were all stuck together, I just painted them brown for that dark wood effect.
